Adoptable Terms Of Service

  • All payments are in USD via Paypal. I will send an invoice. I also accept Stripe, Square, and Venmo.

  • Prices are for personal use only; no commercial use of this artwork is allowed unless discussed at an additional price for license.

  • Payment must be upfront and made within 48 hours of invoice

  • Tips aren’t necessary but very appreciated!

You may:

  • Java Jackal’s designs may be re-sold, traded or gifted.

  • Resells may be sold for equal value but increased price is okay if it includes additional artwork or physical goods.

  • After purchasing you are allowed to make any changes to the designs including altering the species, gender, etc.

  • Minor edits are allowed to the artwork but please do not remove my watermark.

  • Java Jackal retains all rights to the artwork but credit is not necessary but appreciated!

  • You can credit me on ToyHouse if you'd like! :) I love to see what you do with your adopts!

You may NOT:

  • Java Jackal’s artwork may NOT be used for NFTs, cryptocurrency or AI.

  • Should the client decide to change or adjust the artwork through the use of machine learning or derived technologies or create derivatives of the artwork through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for the design in advance.

  • Do not claim the original design as your own.

  • Any chargebacks or use of my designs/artwork in hateful imagery will get you black listed.
